The certificate of Quality Management System according to the standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 was granted to the Town Hall on 25 May 2005 during a ceremonial session of the City Council commemorating the 15th anniversary of Territorial Self-Government in Poland. The certificate in the scope of “execution of objectives of self-government administration to consolidate general public confidence in the City authorities and Town Hall officers” was handed to President of Kielce Wojciech Lubawski by Mr Stanisław Walenta, Director for Co-ordination and Administration of the Polish Centre for Research and Certification, and Mr Andrzej Suliński – an independent auditor.
